Quotation: “The natural growth process of each person is toward health and wholeness. In the ordinary flow of physical, emotional, and spiritual growth we encounter life situations that interfere with this process and we become stuck. Physical, emotional, and spiritual symptoms appear when this growth process is thwarted. | | My work, as a psychologist and psychotherapist, involves working closely with others to identify basic physical, emotional, and spiritual needs and desires and then to offer the invitation, challenge, encouragement, and support necessary to meet these needs courageously.” -Tom McElfresh For over 25 years, Tom has been a Professor of Mental Health at Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio, teaching and supervising clinical coursework and serving as the Coordinator of Clinical Training.
